Urging/begging all Democrats to VOTE!
Mark Rance: You sound like one of those people who, when a person is down, you sock them again to make sure that they are really down. When a football team loses a game, do they go out and totally change what they are and form a basketball team because they lost ONE game? John Morse does not change his principles with every "wind that blows" and that is what is known as having integrity; he does not change his principles just because you happen to believe "he doesn't get it". I can only imagine what you would have said if he capitulated to your "beliefs" in his concession speech and changed his position on the benign gun laws passed by members of the Colorado House and Senate. You don't even live in SD11, so what makes you an expert on the voters in SD11? Not even half of the voters in this district turned out to vote plus John Morse lost by only 344 votes.
DRTom, so you're saying that when Americans voice their opinions, that they are "whiney fools" for exercising their rights as Americans? I guess those guys who started the American Revolution on April 19, 1775, were also just a bunch of "whiney fools".
And what about the new sign in front of Lamborn's office (erected after the Ministerial Union/NAACP/Democratic Party held their rally on August 8? Sign wasn't there on August 8. The sign reads: PRIVATE PROPERTY: NO SOLICITING, NO PROTESTING, NO LOITERING. Rep. Lamborn still has his free speech rights and can refer to the President of the United States, Barack Hussein Obama, as a "tar baby", but Rep. Lamborn has taken away my free speech right to protest.
Richard Skorman is not a "Liberal". He is unaffiliated, an independent.
I, on the other hand, AM a Liberal and proud of it! Last time I counted, liberal is NOT a four-letter word, and I'm very tired of people using the word as a pejorative. Labeling people ends the conversation. And if you think it will end a conversation with me by calling me a liberal, think again.
Thanks for your help. I guess I'm one of those 'rubber stamp" voters--just like the ones who vote the way the Gazette recommends.
