SDI pipeline for the Big Play acrage. The original ranch was about 11000 a. Mobile Oil subsidiary bought up surrounding land and pasted it to 23,000 a. (same Mobile that ranked hotels for business aminities).
The water pipepline finance costs for $2.8 billion (2.8 x 1000 million) will now be increased upon the extended completion date of 2016 ? How much is the actual footage
to this genius award? How does this compare to latest Interstate footage construction cost? Do you now assume that the Reservoir level and the withdrawal allotment allowed will be as it is now for full pipe capacity use out to theoretic payback? Do you
now expect a population will exist that will qualify for Baning-Lewis mortage, sufficient number of contracts to cover water-demand = pipeline payback? Ecetera ?

SDI is a centralized dedicated scheme. Not flexible distribution. Not ready to perform.
Not meaningful for new industry. Not meaningful for smart transport.
