One of my favorite memories of my dad is how he used to use the dash board and steering wheel of the car as his drum set. I totally remember being little and hearing the sound of his wedding ring tapping the steering wheel as he drummed away to Jimi Hendrix. Now, whenever I accidentally hit the steering wheel with my wedding ring I am instantly taken back to those special days with my dad :)

I am so steaming mad about this - I've paid almost $1000 unknowingly to CSU over the past 5 years of being a budget billing customer. I wonder how many other CSU budget billing customers don't know about the 8% fee. Thank you so much for your article and getting the word out!
