Re: “Noted: DEA outlaws Spice

Lawmakers are in the process of closing any loopholes that currently exist with laws pertaining to some herbal incense products, but there efforts will prove to be fruitless in the end. The prohibition of marijuana has created this demand for legal marijuana alternatives. A rather prosperous niche that will be tapped into for as long as marijuana continues to be illegal. There are many places one may still buy k2 incense and according to the vendors, like http://www.buyk2.com the k2 herb products they sell are legal everywhere.

Re: “UPDATE: Academy investigates "Spice" use

I know they are trying to close any loopholes that current k2 incense manufacturers are trying to get around but my friends still buy k2 incense from places that still claim to offer legal everywhere k2 herb blends like http://www.buyk2.com As long as marijuana is prohibited there is going to be a niche for marijuana alternatives.

Re: “UPDATE: Academy investigates "Spice" use

They have been trying to ban this k2 incense stuff for at least a year and the effort is an utter failure, surprise surprise! Herbal incense itself isn't being banned. Select chemicals that have been found in some of the products are being banned. So all that is happening is the manufacturers of K2 herb products are tweaking the formula to keep their product legal. There are loads of places still offering legal k2 smoke products, like http://www.k2incense.org I say put age restrictions on it and regulate it, otherwise we're just dumping more time and money, that we don't have, into a failed prohibition.
