There is a natural enemy.
If Supperstein says a "fair price" would be $3 million, which is about three times the value listed by the El Paso County Assessor's Office. The El Paso County Assessor needs to start charging taxes on the amount he thinks it worth not what they have the listed value.
Waste of ink.
Another task force to sit around and give lip servece to the transportation problems. The last city council gave $500,000 to a task force to study the problem and they gave their recomendation to the new city council. It has gone nowhere. We do not need a new task force we need money to operate a transit system as we have had in the past.
The Council should approve extension of the sewer system service and a bus service that would run on Briargate Pkwy to connect the readiness center to the rest of the city.
