No one should be shocked by the untility company's stand on this. I live on the west side and had to replace my foundation. As a result of that I had to replace the waste line to the alley. I thought it best to replace the line all the way to the sewer, but if I did that I had to pay a new tap fee. At that time it was $8,000. Instead the line is replaced to the point where it conformed to the fall requirements and spliced into the old line. As a result, there is a point of failure in my waste line.

It is no suprise that Sallie Clark would endorse Lisa Czelatdko for council, I have attended a couple of events and heard her words for myself. My impression was that she was more aligned with the Upper Skyway folks, and cares not for the majority of the residents of district 3. As a long time resident of of District 3, Michael Marrifield is a long time champion for us, and has my full support. I ask all the other true westsiders to support Michael

Jennifer George came through my neighborhood late in the summer, and she was very ignorant of reality, and arrogant. I received a “phone survey” from her that had more negative spin than even Santorum and Gingrich combined could come up with. The finally straw came this past weekend when a surrogate of George’s came around knocking on doors, and when I challenge all her spin, she walked away muttering prejudice statements about Middle Eastern people, including Americans. The truth boils down to this, the republican party has reverted to nothing more than a racist hate group. My hunch is that are accountable for the reemergence of the KKK.
