Always striving to improve our food and service at Folie a’ Deux, after Matthew’s review, we took several of his comments to heart. We agree with his review regarding spicy foods, and personally love eating spicy Cajun, Southwest and Texas foods; however, in response to our customer feedback, we “toned down” some of our spicier sauces and sides. As ever, our goal is to provide exceptional dining experiences for our regular and new customers, and we welcome all feedback from our guests.
