Interesting you bring this up. President Obama was made to show his "Certificate of Live Birth" during the Primary's. Sen. McCain was born in Panama and no one asked him for any proof of birth.
The one Candidate that could be born outside our borders was not questioned.

The redistricting is based on the population determined by the latest population data. If the goals are to keep community's together, all our military installations are a community. Being such, district 5 should include all the installations.
This is not a (R) or (D) issue, but what is best for the district.
Running as a candidate in district 5, I think it preferable to have a combined voice for our Military and their families and not a divided one.
