siggie...everything is filtered through a lens that defines the self...you are writing as a straight person that gays are different than you, they label differences of opinion as hate, etc. I do not care if you are straight, married, or whatever,as long as you don't try to take away the equality of the law. I get the same rights under the constitution as anyone else.My relationship is as valid under the law as any you might have. My religion that says my god loves gays is just as valid as any other. This isn't hard.

Al Loma should remove himself from public life. He cannot separate himself from his beliefs. He has every right to believe what he does, but he can not make his beliefs the law of the land. He cannot govern justly and equally when he does not consider LGBT citizens to be equal.

1400 rights afforded by the United States Government to opposite sex married couples...
Parental rights out weighing same sex partner rights at the hospital
employer paid insurance plans are cheaper than any other plan but is taxable income for domestic same sex partners.

jesus, why is there a bible lesson in every paper? The bible is good for some, but not for all. Just keep the stupid mythology out of the laws. Believe what you want, but science is more provable.

The Catholic church is currently being prosecuted in Fremont County for the death of pre-born twins at a catholic hospital. They contend the twins (at 7 months in the womb) are fetuses, not persons. Lets pass this law and throw the Pope in jail. Most excellent!

thank you siggie...not sure I know how to answer the question. I think we would have to define sex or sexuality to find the answer, Like, if I say family values, does it really mean hetero couple with kids and is that using sex to define a person in the family? fascinating!
