We can't stop eating here! I've lived in the Middle East and in the NYC area, and Sahara's has some of the best Middle Eastern food anywhere. Amazing meats. Great falafel sandwiches. Our kids adore the lamb. Fattoush is fresh and delicious -- I'm so glad to finally find this salad here in Colo Springs. Not only is the food fresh the staff is GREAT. Both the food and the staff really set this apart from other area Middle Eastern restaurants. You'll feel taken care of whether you come in alone, with friends, or kids.

We've been won over by the great food and amazing staff at Sahara's. We've tried all the area Middle Eastern places, and lived in the Middle East ourselves, and Sahara's is the best -- both for the fresh salads (I love their fattoush) and meats and the welcoming staff. If you like Middle Eastern food you'll see what makes this place special. Great for carnivores and vegetarians. Yum!
