Mrs Alverez, Your husband IS a criminal. He broke US and international laws by crossing the border without a visa. There is no RIGHT to be here, comming to the US is not a god given right. If you do not want your family torn apart, GO HOME, fill out the paperwork, and come back to the US under a visa, or better yet a naturalised citizen.
