Ms. Zubeck, I believe this is what used to be called "yellow journalism" - I call it toxic journalism, but whatever you call it, why couldn't you have just held off until the results of the investigation are in? If there's any kind of negative story after that, go for it. But until then I believe you should have sat on this until you had all the facts.
