At Qdoba Mexican Grill 3709 Bloomington St, Colorado Springs, CO 80922, on 14 Oct 2011, at 11:15AM, a black female soldier parked in the handicapped spot (two spots from a normal spot), ran inside Qdoba. I confronted her upon her return and she grew quite nasty, slinging vulgarities at me. I took her license plate and called Fort Carson. Carson MPs told me that they had no jurisdiction, despite the behavior of the soldier (not like the old days) and referred me to CSPD. I called CSPD and got the same routine about them not taking reports on these crimes.

License plate: 003 URA

Perhaps one of the good soldiers will see this and take things up withing the Army.
