I support totally legalized marijuana but agree that you shouldn't be selling it, oh, two blocks from a school.
To find an alcohol store from downtown, you have to go about a mile out from the city center. I wonder exactly who thought it was a good idea to put a dispensary across the street from acacia park?
Also why wasn't this "1000 ft" rule invented before the dispensaries were put in? Sounds to me like the feds are doing whatever they can think of to bully the states around.
Let's see.. wal-marts everywhere, little to no bike lanes and sprawled out city design, so everyone drives.. no budget for maintaining the parks, so the parks aren't all that pleasant..
If you want active and healthy people, trying to facilitate it rather than hinder it would be a start. I am moving away from CO Springs because i can't get around on my bike without putting my life in my hands. I've started gaining weight since moving here.
Every inch of this country is a free speech zone.
I'm so glad i don't watch football.
