Is there any opportunity for the public to get involved and rescue these homes before the city seizes and demolishes them? It's obvious their owners could care less. This seems like a prefect opportunity to open this up to those members of our community that would be willing to make necessary repairs to have a home. These look pretty bad in photos, but don't appear to be lost causes entirely.
C'mon folks, like the article says he was just doing it to "education himself."

This is just a big loss for the community in general. Very few businesses around that were started in the age of small business in this city. Conways was one of the last. I know I will find myself there a couple times this week and savor every minute of it. A Big loss indeed.
