Steve, if you believe that redistribution of wealth doesn't exist outside of government perhaps you should donate some of your hard earned money to Mr. Bruce's legal defense. It seems unlikely that he would choose not to appeal. The question is no longer IF he's guilty. He has been adjudicated so. The remaining question is what punishment is appropriate to the crimes he has been convicted of committing.
