" just stating a fact" Due to the privact act of Jan 2000, no establishment is legally allowed to keep or reproduce your personal identification for any reason, they are to view, confirm and return the Identification upon payment.
A few good reasons this law is in effect are due to issues that are similar to some of the reviews about this establishment.
Take a look at your local laws and see for yourself, this establishment can and should be sued for this poor practice..
