I think the mayor, council and Utilities dept will get this worked out. It's just one of those things that comes up when you have a change in the responsibilities of leadership, and this will have to be ironed out. But it is good for all that this is being flagged for discussion by city leaders. When was the last time this specific issue was reviewed?
