No wonder we are having such a tough time with our various invasions. It appears a flag officer, the Dean of Faculty, at what is now, apparently, a Christian Evangelical College (AKA the USAF Academy), does not understand the meaning of the term "Counterinsrgency."
We must have the dumbest and most overpaid military in our nation's history.
