Re: “City snoozes and loses”

I wrote to Mr. Leigh about Pueblo's grant funded Hotel, River Walk improvements and PBR expansion, development aspirations October 8th of 2011. I suppose in his defense, he's awfully busy and perhaps I didn't know how to emphasize enough that there might be grant potential from the same source for Colorado Springs. I wasn't dealing with inside information or anything, I saw the information on a local news broadcast. Regardless, he never responded.
