My mail-in ballot still had not arrived and I couldn't find my info on any voter registry sites, so I went in and did early voting. There are NO lines right now - it took 10 minutes - and they were able to cancel my pending mail-in ballot so it was no big deal.
One has to ask - if they have the power to pray a massive wildfire to end do you not have blood on your hands if you don't also pray for an end to all the wars killing children around the world? They will fight against a woman's right to choose but forget all those millions of children around the world starving and dying in conflicts.
From my own experiences, I tell you all - when someone says they are a prophet, run the other direction.
I think this might do something that would benefit all downtown proprietors--magnetically attract people downtown to an inspiring experience.
Will this work year-round or only in the summer? Some of the big food truck success cities (Austin, Portland) have milder weather in the winter. Just curious.
I had the same experience you did, seeing Steinbeck anew and loving the ride this experience took me on. It was wonderful, hope you all get to see it.
