Re: “World Tai Chi Qigong Day

How wonderful is this...I'm so proud to be apart of the Tai Chi Association of Colorado Springs. I began Tai Chi and Qigong in January; learning about my body and its ability to heal itself. Learning Tai Chi and Qigong has made a difference in how I look at the world around me! The western world is missing out if it isn't catching onto Tai Chi and Qigong!

Re: “Though Bernie's campaign looks busted, local delegates are still with him

I believe Bernie is a man who has the heart and consciousness of a woman. Hillary has lived in the shadow of man power for so long it is difficult for her to understand the perspectives Bernie represents and is so passionate about: The poor woman and man begging on the street, the senior citizen on Social Security who must continue working until they die, the single mom working two and three jobs to barely get by, the person who uses the Emergency Room as their doctor because in 2016 they still are without insurance. Bernie has emerged from the ashes as a Phoenix. He holds the promise of a transformed Nation! One where each individual matters. One where there is no 'class' difference. One where we are all truly equal!

Re: “Sen. Bennet knocks Gazette advertisement

Oh, I forgot to mention, as a, gosh, maybe I should say: my sexuality is personal and no ones business. My sexual drive seems pretty inconsequential when I think of all the love I have for nature and other inhabitants of this jewel of a planet we share...and, my mind sometimes seems much too large.

Re: “Sen. Bennet knocks Gazette advertisement

These religious fanatics and the Gazette stooping to such depths only reflects small mindedness. Our species has more important things to focus on. Best to ignore these types, cancel your subscriptions. Industry mostly listens to the clink of the coin and religious fanatics like this will always have tiny minds.

Our 'Industrial Age' has run rampant with few restraints. I work for one of the largest corporations in the U.S. and abroad. They are listening and have a grasp of what direction those of us who are not 'small minded' want. They are aware of 'times they are a changing'.

Home Depot recently opened their 2,200 doors to organics. However, out of the hundreds of thousands of customers who come in only a small percentage know what switching to organic means to our environment and the inhabitants we share our planet with. As I tread the isles the organic products and myself are swimming in a sea of Monsanto.

The mind set of the average customer is stuck in a 'kill everything mode'. Example: One customer had two pups in her cart. One a young golden retriever and then a small terrier mix. She was in the 'kill isle' to look for something to kill crab grass. She mentioned that her other golden died of cancer. I pointed her to a safer organic product...which, after reading the label, she said, "it doesn't kill crab grass'. So she bought the same Monsanto product she's been using for years. I smiled and pat the two pups before she left.
