Awww, it's the ole Effective Perpetuating Ineffectiveness trick! You have an ineffective director who hires one of her ineffective director friends that shared useless board duties. Then the first ineffective leaves, causing the second ineffective to become the first ineffective. Effectively perpetuating ineffective ineffectiveness. Awesome sauce! Good play chaps!
Even if we don't get our raises, I hope the people responsible for that horrid video (telling us that raises were bad for morale) will lose their jobs.
I can understand no raises in tough financial times. I'm not digging the brainwashing that raises are bad as we turn around and award the former CEO a million bucks to go away.
Well, well, well. I remember around 6 months or go, in and exchange with Wayne Laugesen, I mentioned if he was worried about his job because a sale was coming. He implied that the Gazette wasn't going to get sold and that the news was much ado about nothing.
And here we are, the Gazette just got sold. See ya around,Wayne. I'm usually sad to see layoffs, but in this instance, I hope the entire current management of the Gazette gets wiped clean. Maybe the paper can become good again.
Oh and just one more time: "See ya around, Wayne." Today is an awesome day.
