This article has to be a complete fabrication, I have seen no less then 50 television news reports and interviews with city officials declaring what a fantastic job they did and provide copious amounts of self gratification.

Anyway you look at it if you lose over 300 homes to a fire that has been burning for 4 days and have 50 or more burglaries in a evacuated and secured area, you failed.
