Its the law of the road that motorists are suppose to stop when someone is in a crosswalk . I live downtown and frequently drive through the CC campus and have never had a problem with CC students at their crosswalks. I know that the people of this city believe that they are above law and order, but that sounds more like a personal problem rather than one for CC or CONO.

First Tejon Tech, it is spelled Neumann, not Nuemann.
Second, the NSG scrubber technology is new to the field and is under patent. How would CSU be able to competitively bid this one if there is no other company offering the same product? Also, I'm not sure where you are getting the information about other prices that people have said they could do the project for, Tim Leigh? He can't even back up his sources on that one.
This man is an embarrassment to his state and district.
Re: “Meet the man who shot Garden of the Gods”
He and many other people are lucky he wasn't out there an hour later when runners started waking up for the day, or someone in the surrounding community was taking out there dog. I'm also surprised that people are more upset that he was shooting at one of our greatest and magnificent land marks!!!!
