Oh I see how this works. It is ok for Fowler to NOT follow the Letter of the Law when it is convenient for him. However, the rest of the residents are held accountable no matter what? In previous incidents following the Letter of the Law was imperative even if it meant de-valuing the neighborhood. So glad I got out of there in time! Why isn't Fowler going by the covenants the rest of us were held to??
