In regard to the PPRTA issue. I object to the name "Rural" in the PPRTA. Most of the money spent is used in the city and much less in the rural areas of the county. Yes, the city residents pay most of the tax and get most of the benefit, and I have no problem with that. The name of the Authority should be changed to the "Colorado Springs Road and Bridge Slush Fund".
