Re: “Blood and circus”
If innocent drivers are arrested for a DUI, they might refuse to take a test if they don't have confidence in the forensic integrity of the lab that tests it. But, if they refuse, the prosecutor will argue that the driver is guilty - otherwise he would have taken the blood test. An innocent driver should have the right to prove their innocence with a competent test based on sound science.
