Great opportunity to tell folks where to recycle Styrofoam so it doesn't go into landfills. El Paso County has a Recycling Guide on its website. Folks can take clean chunks to Tegrant Corp, 1100 W Garden of the Gods.

You say nothing about the new council districts that have been drawn up by the City Clerk that divides some strong neighborhood associations (such as Old North End, and OWN) into different districts. CONO (Dave Munger) presented an alternative map to the City Clerk who appears indifferent to citizen and neighborhood input.
