The NSG investment is an "investment"; it's not a sellable product therefore it can not be marketed. How many units have been sold - lets see, one to CSU, and Zero to all other potential buyers?
There is no question we have good people at our community owned Utilities, but it is becoming increasingly clearer that perhaps NSG was not the right way to go; actually it's becoming obvious.
And NSG is likely a good company, but they moved into an area that they don't belong - now both parties are stuck and CSU has the liability.
It always takes time for the Truth to surface, but it always surfaces.
