I've been pretty grossed out by Tosches smug arrogance before, but this takes the cake. To label Adam Lanza as a gun enthusiast is a bold insult to a very large group of lawful and well adjusted American citizens. On that logic let's call Hitler a political activist. Tosches' commentary is bigoted and manipulative, appealing to one side of a polarized society while enraging the other. This "us against them" mentality is cheap and inflammatory. Let's just digest this tragic event fully. To place blame so quickly and pointedly in the wake of something so horrific takes the humanity and mourning out of the event and, instead of healing, it turns into a political fulcrum. Rich Tosches, you're a hack. I wonder if people at the Apple store gaze in the mirror and lament over selling computers to "writing enthusiasts" such as yourself.
