This is a really interesting debate. Just because the content is protected, says NOTHING about the context. IF a website prepares a website in the context of abuse to another human being, there is NO protection for them, and we ALL know that is the meaning behind the law....I wonder if prosecutors have ever approached it from THAT angle??!!!
This is deplorable. These women did not consent to having thier photos made public. Anyone who submits another's photo, without their consent, is stripping them of their RIGHT to decide. But, it is Brittain's RESPONSIBILITY because he has provided the forum for such disgusting activities. It's out and out extortion for him to allow another to post the nude photos and videos, and THEN force the victim to pay him, directly or indirectly, to remove what he has a duty to remove for FREE!
