Yesterday I stoped light while driving home from work, next to me a car with two young women in front and two toddlers in the back. The passenger fired up a bowl and the cloud of smoke wafted to the back.
We have chosen this liberty, I think it is important that we now demonstrate greater responsibility, and support strong regulation, including protection for our children.
