Well it's a great idea. It would put people to work using natural resources and teach a craft that's dying. Ie: farming and working with your hands. Jiminy Christmas is everybody afraid that something next to school is going to hurt a child? We have children walking to schools with guns nowadays. Has does everybody lost their sense of reality? A simple hemp farm is not going to hurt a child, there's bigger monsters to worry about.
