So, according to the poster above me, its the "illegals" and people from California that are stealing our water. Mabey we should build a wall around our rivers and lakes to keep them out. Whats next? Stealing our children?!!1??!!

I would think a DROUGHT would make our water supply more scarce than all the "illegals" and people from California combined. Don't blame human beings for "showering, flushing, and drinking" regardless of where they call home. Thanks.
