The Sherrif’s mandate if to enforce the LAW. His Duty is to defend and protect the rights of individual citizens under the LAW. These LAWs are Constitutional and legislative, Maketa’s Duty is to enforce under the LAW, any criminal activity resulting from the violation or denial of these laws, by means of Investigation, Charge, Arrest and Jail. He was elected by a free election, with everyone’s Freedom of Speech and the Right to participate in the Political process was intact. Does the fact that he employes a citizen give him the right to deny Guaranteed individual rights? This is wrong period.

Are you kidding me, Bach has done serious damage to this community, with his arrogance. Now, he is about to cause some real harm to you and me, or a loved one in the family, when we need an ambulance ride to the hospital. There is no free money..... and he and his dweeb Richard Brown are about to do it again. Take a look at what they did in Waldo Canyon Fire, how did that work for us? just look to the west and see the burn, if you can't remember.

This Strong-Mayor format we have chosen, has become very damning to our City. We vote for City Council to represent our collective interest and manage our public assets and services. Mayor Bach and his henchman Melcher and others, appear to have a hidden agenda to undermine City Council, which is against our public interest as voters and citizens in our City.
Personally I will not be voting for Bach or any of his so-called Slate of council candidates. Both Bach and Melcher have done too much damage. I say it is time for them both to GO.....
