Well stated, Joel Miller. This Ethics complaint is a witch hunt against a Council Member who won't just go along to get along with the ruling elite.
Politicians shouldn't dictate where citizens live, even if those that contribute to the politicians' campaigns have land in certain infill areas.

Anybody who has been following this de-BACH-le knows that this "organization" was only created to write a letter of support in favor of this "City for Champions" scam. Since that's the case and there's no benefit to having this public display if the RTA doesn't approve the state sales tax, does this mean that the State Regional Tourism Act Board has already given the nod of approval for this boondoggle? Is the "public" hearing in Denver this Wednesday merely a ruse?
