On 2/12/2012 My husband I went for Brunch, afterwards I sent a 5 page letter to the manager explaining what needed to be improved.
His response was the owner really doesn't care to about the restaurant ( lives in California) and will not authorize any improvements or money for repairs (They were not able to make omelettes that day because had buckets on the floors catching the rain). The staff was not trained properly nor the manager, sad.
