We had a coupon for 2 for 1 on the new "All Natural Burger." I could not justify paying full price, but what we had was as close to what they look like on TV as I've ever seen. The cheddar was real, the ground beef was lean and fresh tasting, the toppings were fresh and the bun was something a step up from a normal hamburger bun. I know nothing of Carl's Jr. politics, but for half price it was the best burger I have had from a fast food joint.
This is a "tourist town," among other things. I have never seen the infrastructure so bad in 50 years. I wonder what our visitors think? I'm ashamed.
When driving, always keep in mind that almost everyone is armed and dangerous.
Stupid headline. Is Mr. Walker the only citizen in Pueblo County?
Culpepper's got experience and needs a job.
I have often found humorous those from other places who come to Colorado Springs and think they are in unregulated wilderness when they are a few feet into a park or sitting on a side street. However, there is no excuse for the police not holding this guy until he sobered up and confiscating his weapons. Or is this another example of the police not enforcing laws they don't agree with, like common sense laws regulating gun use? "Colorado Springs code 9.7.104 reads, "It is unlawful for any person to wrongfully fire or discharge any cannon, gun, pistol, revolver, rifle, shotgun, air gun, BB gun, gas operated gun, spring gun, or firearm within the City.""
