What is right action? There will be pros and cons no matter what. I like what @freerangegeek had to say. But I also recognize that our artsy neighborhoods remain as such by keeping them underdeveloped in a sense. I think there could be a better location for K&G especially for one that large. Aside from Rudy's which is difficult to maneuver in and out of for fuel, there really isn't a large gas station on 24 that can handle the masses I have seen traveling up and down the pass. I guess the best I have to offer is a big thank you to Mr. Hazelhurst for shining a light on community happenings and keeping the public abreast.
