FYI Pam...a small correction to your research:
"Fashionably Efficient and Saddleback both give the address of their principal offices as 1060 Clear Creek Road, Evergreen. We couldn't find such an address on the Jefferson County Assessor's Office website."
That would be because that address is not located in Jefferson County. A quick look on Google Maps shows its in Clear Creek County. Assessor records for the county indicate it is a real address with a residential home on it (parcel #1963-032-03-008). The registered owners of the property are Nicholas and Jessie Ragain per county records.
It doesn't change your overall point though, but accuracy is always a plus.
