Studio A64 is a treasure in the heart of downtown Colorado Springs. It has much more room to accommodate many more buffaloes. The Benevolent Order Of Buffaloes offers patrons a unique opportunity to come together as a community and work to better society. We work with legislators to speak for the voice of the people. Let freedom ring!
Wow Surrealist! Interesting how the comments are flying yet I do not see you or anyone else you mention sitting at City Hall for 7 hours of the day on a work week to fight so all establishments like this can remain open. Because of all the buffaloes that stood up and spoke smoking clubs now will have categories and established procedures to follow. Studio A64 is a treasure in the community and I am honored to say I used my voice to fight to ensure it stayed open.
Studio A64 is following all rules and codes as stated. The notion that "most" establishments are used for a certain purpose does not reign as a valid violation. What is exactly being violated here? I feel a social club that is in great standing with the owner. The owner even came to city hall to testify of how great a tenant K.C. Stark has been and how the police have never been called on Studio A64 and that there have never been any complaints. Studio A64 is a cultural establishment in Colorado Springs that is a treasure. There will be plenty of voices there to testify to that.
