Horrific. They remove palliative care as soon as patient is classified as Hospice. They answer to the state and NOT to the patient. One or two good employees. Mostly afraid of medical mal-practice. Really VERY un-spiritual. Do not care about patients AT ALL.
Probate court """"professionals"""" are fooling the magistrate(s) and robbing seniors blind: http://aaapg.net/who-are-the-players/
Really sickened by the fact that, especially in "elder care calls" these young ex-military officers have no ear for family. It is not a war . . . .although they are making it so.
Unfortunately this can and already has back-fired with unwanted results. It pressures ""professional"" "caregivers", often young and financially desperate, to be seeking signs of abuse, in order to make "points" with their employers. The entire system now works for Adult Protective Services and the State, and not for the elderly client. Many of these clients, once reported, lose their homes, dignity, spouse, and are subjected to "Involuntary Redistribution of Assets" until they finally do qualify for Medicaid. The "heros" in the law enforcement brigades are turning over cases in an upside down manner and family caregivers will eventually become afraid to serve in an increasingly needed "final family role with relatives". Please be sure your loved ones have family / friend conservators / guardians in place before someone you least suspect, and who has no idea of the ramifications of their actions, unnecessarily reports your loved one as """abused""".
