      <![CDATA[As a realtor, I am thrilled at having the option for new construction on the west side. Why in the world would we rather have that land sitting as a dangerous "dump" than have it completely remediated to safe standards.

      <![CDATA[There is nothing like having to develop every part of the land that is available , even if it is on a toxic dump. If there are people naive enough to buy there then of course the developers will sell to them, it just amazes me that there are people who want to build on such a risk.
