Isn't this the Morleys who just defaulted on loans for the Black Forest properties they own and are trying to develop? so really if we (the people who pay taxes in this city) pay the Morleys 38.8 million for this land, they'll give us back 12 million of our own money and go on buying land they can't afford to pay for, for projects we the people may or may not want-case in point Sanctuary in the Pines, and doing so on our money and lucky us, we get to keep the USOC!
I thought we were on the broke side of paying for services we really need and want like police, fire, busing you know important stuff?!

This business of getting a $12 million kickback should turn everybody's stomach. I assume they (the Morley Gang) know a dishonest appraiser so they can get a falsified appraisal.
