      <![CDATA[I served in the late 70's and later in Iraq and I can honestly say the military is strongly opposed to sexual harrassment and assaults at face value only. The military is the best at protecting their own (males) and are excellent at lost charges, lost evidence, missing reports, etc.  I realize this a brash claim with little or no background but I do not feel I should have to share personal information to make a point.
