      <![CDATA[Yes, because every struggling family in the state will totally spend $3 to avoid paying $0.06 in taxes -- that being the price difference between a gallon of orange juice and two liters of soda.<br>
<br>
All this proposed tax does is increase people's grocery bills, albeit by a small amount. That and setting a bad precedent for the next time the budget gets a little tight and they need a quick and easy new income stream.
