      <![CDATA[Vote how you want on zoning or a ban or whatever, just make sure your City Council member votes YES on this ordinance so that you can make your choice instead of allowing the state to do it for you.<br>
This ordinance only gets us to the point that we can zone MMJ, ban it, or whatever. Without this ordinance, the people of Colorado Springs give up the right to determine the fate of our local businesses.
