I don't mention the fact that the word "dispensaries" isn't stated in Colorado's Amendment 20 because it's not a very interesting — or relevant — one. Liquor stores aren't mentioned in the Twenty-first Amendement to the U.S. Constitution; gun shows aren't mentioned in the Second Amendment; and newspaper stands aren't mentioned in the First, etc.

See, this is the probelm, its a violation of federal law, and its not being enforced or is in some matters. This is one we need to correct.
