I'm still waiting to hear what the actual problem with the dispensaries is. Something besides "they were not defined in Amendment 20". They were explicitly defined this year in HB10-1284 weren't they ?

Maybe they missed that whole 6 month debate...

Here is Julien Codman's testimony, given before the Senate Hearings of 1926. Codman was a member of the Massachusetts bar.
